An exam, not attendance
The certificate is issued once the final exam is passed: 40 questions, 80% to pass. That is a document a clinic can show an insurer.

From the practitioners behind Gangsta Lasers
Not another laser workshop. An academy that takes your clinic to the next level.
A four-week programme for PMU artists, tattoo studios and clinics that want to remove pigment deliberately: with a real consultation, proper documentation, a planned series and a conversation that leaves the client knowing what to expect. Taught by Olena and Justyna, founders of Gangsta Lasers.

Intro video — in production
How this differs
There are a dozen removal trainings on the market and almost all of them teach you to operate a device. This is a programme about running a service that pays for itself.
From what we see in the market, around 70% of the people removing pigment in Poland today are working on nanosecond lasers — and very often do not know where that technology stops.
The authors' own estimates (Olena and Justyna), built from conversations with salon owners, equipment distributors, trainers and training participants. Indicative figures — they require confirmation against independent market data before being used in advertising.
To pre-empt the doubt: this is not a programme designed to talk you into buying a picosecond laser. Framing it as “nano versus pico” sells machines beautifully, and we do not sell machines. We show you the full potential of the technology and teach you how to build an effective, profitable service on it — whatever device you already have in your room.
A distributor onboarding day teaches you the buttons, not the treatment. The first difficult cases arrive a week later, when there is nobody left to ask.
Most problems do not start at the device. They start earlier: in a question nobody asked, a photo nobody took, a promise made in the first conversation.
Parameters and protocols passed around in comments and DMs, stripped of case context. Everyone learns from their own mistakes, separately.
The clinic has a device and no workflow: how long the appointment runs, what a series includes, what the documentation looks like, what you say when progress is slower than the client assumed.
A weekend workshop: two days, a lot of slides, a certificate for attending.
Four weeks, a quiz after every module, and a certificate only once the final exam is passed.
Training on one device — usually the one the organiser sells.
We teach you to read a specification and decide for yourself, including whether buying makes sense for you at all.
You finish with the technical knowledge and no idea where clients come from.
The whole fourth week is brand, client acquisition, and a price you do not have to discount.
After the training you are on your own with the questions.
No solitude after the course: 4 live sessions, each with a guest expert from the industry, worked on real cases — submitted by participants and taken apart step by step. You can always reach the instructors: they never leave a participant without an answer.
"You will learn to remove tattoos and permanent make-up."
You will learn to qualify a case, plan a series and say "not today" — because this is a responsibility, not a procedure.
You compete on the lowest price in town and work every Saturday.
We show you how to price a series and build a schedule that does not eat your weekends.
The certificate is issued once the final exam is passed: 40 questions, 80% to pass. That is a document a clinic can show an insurer.
You leave with the cost of a treatment in your own room calculated to the last grosz, and you know in black and white the point from which the device starts generating profit. Or with a cool, entirely honest “not yet”. That will save you tens of thousands of złoty sunk into a lease.
Concrete sources of removal clients and a plan for the first 90 days. This is the half of the trade no removal training in Poland teaches.
Pricing a series, talking about money, and positioning where you do not have to be the cheapest in town.
Olena and Justyna at every live session, plus an industry guest. You ask somebody who does this daily.
Recordings, workbooks and checklists stay with you. You come back to them when a hard case walks in.
A shared group channel: direct contact with Olena and Justyna between sessions, questions from the room as they come up, and conversations with people working exactly as you do.
Gangsta Lasers Academy exists to turn knowledge that has so far circulated only in private conversations into a concrete treatment protocol. If all you want is a standard two-day technical course, you will easily find cheaper options on the market. But if you want to leave with a complete product — a clear procedure, profitable pricing and a base of interested clients — this is the place.

Qualification
Cards on the table. We would rather be blunt now than disappoint you in week three.
Participant journey
The programme is built as a progression, not a list of topics.
Today you ask whatever comes to mind, and settle the important things on the fly, with the handpiece already in your hand.
Time for a standard: you get a finished qualification card that you take every client through, without exception. Above all you know exactly which answers light the red lamp and end the visit for that day.
Today you take settings from a cheat sheet, from industry groups, or you repeat whatever you used on the last client. Time to stop.
You start to understand exactly what you are changing and why. You learn to read a device's technical specification ruthlessly — instead of believing the marketing fairy tales in a distributor's leaflet.
The client asks: “how many treatments?” Today you answer with an uncertain “it depends”.
You give a firm, professional forecast: you classify the case, plan the series, set safe intervals and explain exactly what your decisions are based on.
Today removal is a dead line on the price list, with no fixed place in the calendar and no idea how to talk about it.
Time to monetise: you get an ordered workflow, a photo-documentation procedure, profitable pricing and a ready way to present the treatment to clients. On Monday morning you are not wondering where to start — you open the room and work the plan.
Programme
Simple implementation maths: one week is one module, one live session and one concrete outcome that shows up in your own room. No stand-ins, no anonymous assistants and no replayed recordings — we are personally with you at every live session. Olena and Justyna. Both of us, every time, from beginning to end. Completely different from each other, often with different views — and that is exactly what makes it valuable.
Before you switch the laser on
Outcome: You run a consultation end to end: history, case assessment, documentation and consent — and you know when to say 'not today'.

Outcome: You have a clinic workflow, a price you can defend, and a concrete way to bring clients in for this service — plus a schedule that does not eat your weekends.

1× livequiz · 10 questionsGuest — announced soonA live session is not a lecture. It is an hour spent on your cases, correcting mistakes and answering questions — and each week someone who has been doing this for decades joins us.
The live sessions are part of the four-week programme — they are not sold separately and cannot be joined without enrolling in a cohort. This is not the free webinar. The webinar is open to everyone and runs for an hour. These four sessions are for cohort participants, run on your cases, and return every week.
Both instructors are on every call. One looks at it from the procedure, the other from running a clinic — and they often disagree. That is the most useful part.
Each session has a guest with many years of hands-on practice in skin, pigment or laser work. Not a sponsor — a practitioner.
You submit cases before the session. We go through them by name, with the decision and the reasoning — including the ones we would decline.
Send questions before the call, anonymously if you prefer. None goes unanswered; anything we cannot fit in gets a written reply.
Cannot make it live? The recording appears in your materials afterwards and stays with you.
After the clinic, not during it. You know the dates from day one — they are in the programme.

Special guests
Every live session has a guest from the industry — someone with many years, often 25, of hands-on practice in skin, pigment or laser work. The point is that you hear more than just us: someone who has seen far more cases than one cohort can show you.
Guest names are announced before the cohort starts and before each price stage opens. We invite people with real, verifiable practice — and we announce nobody who has not confirmed the date.
What a week looks like
Watch the materials whenever you like. The live session is in the evening, after work, and always recorded.
The week's module split into short parts. Watch it when you have quiet.
The same scope to read and print — to keep in the treatment room.
An exercise on your own cases: consultation record, assessment, series plan.
Questions, case discussion, correcting errors. Friday evenings, recorded.
One thing you put into practice this week. Not ten.
Exam and certificate
A short quiz after every module and one exam at the end — on what we work through together over the four weeks. All of it on the platform, with reminders, so you do not have to keep track of anything.
After each of the four weeks, a short quiz: 10–12 questions, 70% to pass, unlimited attempts. It is not there to keep anyone out — it shows you what you have not absorbed yet, before the live session discusses it.
One exam at the end: questions from all four weeks, plus one case to assess, the way you would in the room. Nothing from outside the programme, and three attempts — the point is not to catch anyone out, it is that the certificate means something.
Issued once you pass: your name, the date, the programme scope and a number to verify it against. And that is the moment — you are officially part of the Gangsta Lasers crew.
The learning platform is a separate Gangsta Lasers product, at academy.gangstalasers.com. Access arrives by email after purchase. We keep building it: later editions get AI-assisted study prompts and language versions. Founding Edition is taught in Polish.
The exam scope and the questions are pending approval by the instructors before the cohort starts.
You do not have to buy anything to see how we work. An hour live, concrete cases and questions — then decide for yourself whether the programme makes sense for you.
What you get
The materials stay with you for 12 months — including the live session recordings.
Instructors
The programme is taught by the founders of Gangsta Lasers — not by guest lecturers.
A laser removes nothing. Its job is to break pigment particles into smaller fractions so the body can metabolise them. Anyone who does not understand that is working on instinct.
Gangsta Lasers was founded in 2021. We built it to educate and to show that laser removal can be carried out safely and effectively. That is still the mission.
Alongside supplying devices — nanosecond and picosecond lasers — we train linergists, tattoo studios, salons and aesthetic clinics. We teach laser physics, the chemistry of light, working from real cases, and combining techniques with removers.
We do it because we see the results of treatments carried out without that knowledge too often: open skin, weeping wounds, burns, scarring and hyperpigmentation. Almost never out of carelessness — out of having no protocol.
The Academy is the natural next step: the same knowledge, arranged as a programme you can return to. We want the person on the other side of the laser to be a professional who understands it, not someone guessing at parameters.

Co-founder of Gangsta Lasers · leads the whole programme
Co-founded Gangsta Lasers to show that laser removal can be run calmly, predictably and with complete documentation. She works daily with clients and with linergists just entering laser work — and this programme came out of those conversations. In the programme she leads the clinical side: consultation, technology and case assessment.

Co-founder of Gangsta Lasers · leads the whole programme
On the commercial and procedural side, she makes sure a laser is not an expensive toy but a service with costed pricing, a clear protocol and a satisfied client. In the programme she leads implementation: clinic workflow, documentation, client communication and pricing.
Notes from the studio
Every week, one thing from the treatment room: a parameter, a protocol, or a conversation with a client that taught us something. Short, specific, no theory we do not use in practice. Written by Olena and Justyna.
A new note every Friday until the Founding Edition starts on 8 January. We announce each subject a week ahead — if you want them in your inbox, sign up below.
A phototype tells you how skin reacts to sun. It does not tell you how much melanin sits under the beam today — and that is the question you answer when you set the energy.
"How much is one session?" is the wrong question and the wrong answer. A per-session price hides how many sessions there will be, and moves the risk onto you.
A patch test is not a formality before treatment. It is the only moment the skin answers you before you pay for that answer with a whole series.
One note every Friday, through to the Founding Edition start. No sales noise — a parameter, a protocol, or a conversation with a client that taught us something. One click to unsubscribe.

One payment, an invoice with every order. The practical day is scheduled with the group after the cohort starts.
Buying for a team? There is no seat cap, so the whole team joins the same cohort and learns from the same cases. Participants submit the cases for the live sessions, and each week we choose the ones that teach the group most. If you need certainty that yours are the ones discussed, that is the VIP package.
Ask about team accessThe number of seats, the payment date and the invoice details are agreed individually — tell us how many people and which clinic, and we will come back with specifics.
This is a commitment, not a device. If we ever decide to discount, this sentence comes off the page first.
Payment and paperwork
The questions we get most. All subject to confirmation with our accountant before sales open.
Every amount on this page is net. Stripe adds VAT at checkout — 23% in Poland, and for orders from abroad the rate follows the buyer's country and VAT number. You see the total before you confirm the payment, and the invoice always shows the net amount, the VAT and the total.
Every order is invoiced. For a business purchase you enter your tax number at checkout.
You have 7 days from the purchase to get the whole amount back — 100%, VAT included, no fee and no reason required. You start it yourself on the refund page: enter the e-mail address you paid with, click the link we send, and the money goes back the same way it came. After 7 days write to contact@gangstalasers.com and we look at it individually.
Live session recordings appear after each meeting, so missing one does not mean losing the material.
Your place in the cohort is reserved once the payment is confirmed — not on the screen you return to from the payment provider. The platform itself opens on 8 January 2027, with the start of the programme; the login details arrive by e-mail.
