Cookies
We use only what the site needs to honour your choices.

What we store
`gl_locale` — the language you chose, so a later visit opens in it. `gl_theme` — the light or dark register you chose. Both are written only when you make a choice, and kept for a year.
`gl_consent` — your decision about visit measurement, so we do not ask on every visit; kept for a year. Taking part in a game at an event stores a technical cookie that lets you return to a game you started; it expires after 3 days.
Video and third-party content
Video does not load until you start it. Before that click no request reaches any third party, so no cookie is created. Once started, we use YouTube's no-cookie domain.
Analytics
With your consent we count visits, record where clicks land and measure how fast pages load. Without consent nothing is measured. Measurement uses no cookies and stores no personal data, and page addresses are cut to the path alone. You can change your consent at any time in the privacy settings in the site footer.
Advertising (Meta Pixel)
With your consent (“Accept”) we load the Meta Pixel, a tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which owns Facebook and Instagram, on gangstalasers.com and in the shop at gangstalasers.shop. It tells us whether our ads lead to visits, sign-ups (webinar, checklist, notes), purchases and messages sent through the shop's forms (a question about a device, the contact form), and lets us stop showing ads to people who have already bought. With “Essential only” the Pixel is not loaded at all.
Meta receives the address of the page you visit, the kind of event (page view, sign-up, form sent, checkout started, purchase), the device's name for a question about a device and, for a purchase, the net amount. We never pass on your name, e-mail address, phone number or the text of your message. On pages reached through a personal link (sign-up confirmation, unsubscribe, the stream link) the Pixel sends nothing.
The Pixel stores the cookie `_fbp`, and `_fbc` when you arrive from a Meta ad; both expire after 90 days. Meta also processes this data under its own terms, set out in its privacy policy. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings in the site footer.
