Why this session
Here is what the pigment-removal market in Poland looks like today: you can have a device within a week, and the knowledge — from nowhere in particular. A distributor onboarding day teaches you the buttons. The first difficult cases arrive a week later, when there is nobody left to ask.
We see the consequences daily and they are not pleasant: open skin, burns, scarring, hyperpigmentation. Almost never from carelessness. From someone learning to press a button without learning to assess a case.
This session is not about our programme. It is about one shift in thinking: removal is a procedure that begins at the consultation and ends at the documentation, and the device is one element of it. Once you see that, you stop working on instinct.
We will walk through that procedure step by step on real cases — including the ones we would decline, and why.
