Bought it, looked inside and it is not for you? You have 7 days from the purchase to get the whole amount back. We will not ask why and we will not try to talk you out of it — you start the refund yourself, here.
We return 100% of what you paid. No fees, no deductions, no non-refundable part.
You give the order number and your e-mail
The number is in your purchase confirmation e-mail; the address is the one you paid with. We need both: the number says which purchase you mean, and the address is what proves it is you.
You click the link in the e-mail
We send it to that address straight away. The link is valid for 48 hours and covers only your order, so nobody but you can start the refund.
The money goes back
The refund travels the same way the payment came. On our side it happens immediately; banks usually post it within 5–10 working days. The correction invoice arrives by e-mail as a PDF.
And if it has been more than 7 days?
Then the automatic route is closed, but the conversation is not. Write to contact@gangstalasers.com and tell us what happened. We answer within one working day and we will tell you plainly what we can do — no forms, and no being passed to a call centre.
What happens to your access
A refund releases your place in the edition. If the platform is already open, access ends with the refund — there is no version of this where the money comes back and the programme stays.
You can return later: buying a place again is all it takes, at whatever the price is then. Nothing has to be undone.
Digital content and consumer rights
The programme is digital content with access granted after payment. EU consumer law gives a 14-day right of withdrawal on a distance contract, and for digital content that right can lapse once performance begins with your explicit consent.
Our own guarantee is a separate, simpler thing: 7 days, no reason asked, started by you on this page and carried out automatically. It does not replace your statutory rights and it cannot shorten them.
If your withdrawal right applies in your case and runs longer than our 7 days, write to contact@gangstalasers.com and we will honour it. The form is the fast route, not the only one.
