Let's rethink removal from scratch

On 12 October Olena and Justyna, together with Aleksandra (Olla) Lambert, spent an hour taking pigment removal apart: the consultation, complications, what the laser does and documentation — on real cases, with questions live.

Clips from the recording

Short clips from the webinar — each one is a single idea worth taking back to your treatment room. The recordings are in Polish, with Polish subtitles.

  • How the laser really works in pigment removal

  • Why red comes back after the laser

  • Laser or remover?

  • The consultation: what sets a good technician apart

  • Ultrasound gel or a perfluorocarbon patch?

Aleksandra (Olla) LambertPMU Removal Specialist · Top Trainer — Chemical PMU Removal · International Speaker & Judge

  1. International speaker and judge at PMU conferences
  2. Top trainer in pigment removal — trains artists from all over the world
  3. Organiser of the WORLDS PMU & Microblading Championship in the United Kingdom and Poland

I specialise in pigment removal and conscious education in the PMU industry. As a top trainer in chemical removal I work with artists from all over the world, sharing knowledge grounded in practice, experience and responsibility for results.

I appear on international stages as a speaker, demonstrator and judge. What matters most to me is passing on, beyond technique, standards, work ethics and the courage to grow.

As organiser of the WorldS PMU & Microblading Championships in the United Kingdom and Poland, I create events that combine a high level with a genuinely supportive atmosphere, where competition goes hand in hand with respect.

I believe a strong industry means strong, conscious artists. And success is worth the most when it is built together.

Why this session

Here is what the pigment-removal market in Poland looks like today: you can have a device within a week, and the knowledge — from nowhere in particular. A distributor onboarding day teaches you the buttons. The first difficult cases arrive a week later, when there is nobody left to ask.

We see the consequences daily and they are not pleasant: open skin, burns, scarring, hyperpigmentation. Almost never from carelessness. From someone learning to press a button without learning to assess a case.

This session is not about our programme. It is about one shift in thinking: removal is a procedure that begins at the consultation and ends at the documentation, and the device is one element of it. Once you see that, you stop working on instinct.

We will walk through that procedure step by step on real cases — including the ones we would decline, and why.

A laser removes nothing. It breaks pigment into fractions the body has to metabolise. Everything else is decisions you make.

What we will cover

No slides about the history of lasers. Concrete, and on cases — 60 minutes, including questions. Olla Lambert is with us for the whole session and joins every topic. At the end, a bonus available only to people who join live.

  1. 0–5

Why did Gangsta Lasers Academy come about?

We answer your questions: where the idea for the Academy came from, what our initiatives are, and what we are changing in the programme thanks to your feedback.

  2. 5–10

    We start with Olla Lambert

Olla Lambert is a pigment removal trainer, an international speaker and judge, and the organiser of the WorldS PMU & Microblading Championships in the UK and Poland. She trains artists from all over the world. She is with us from the first minute to the last and joins every topic.

  3. 10–20

Consultation as a procedure, not paperwork

What has to be in it, and which answers end the conversation for today.

  4. 20–30

    Where complications actually begin

Three real cases and the point at which each could still have been stopped.

  5. 30–40

What the laser is actually doing

Wavelengths and pigments without the academic physics — enough to understand what you are selecting.

  6. 40–45

    Series plan and documentation

How to answer “how many times?” and what to record in the client notes so they protect you if there is a complaint.

  7. 45–55

    Q&A — your questions

Questions can be submitted anonymously beforehand. We answer live — the whole session, Q&A included, runs 60 minutes.

  8. 55–60

A bonus only for people live

We announce it at the end of the session. It is available only to those who are with us live.
