What is settled already
The programme is digital content with access granted after payment, which affects the right of withdrawal. The exact rules — including when that right lapses and how the period is counted — will be in the full policy.
Live session recordings appear after each meeting, so missing one does not mean losing the material. That is not grounds for a refund, but it is the most common reason people ask about one.
